Deposits at tbajee13 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100 (bKash/Nagad). Funds are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. KYC verification is mandatory for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳10,000.

• Withdrawal funds are generally returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

6Prohibited Activities

10Dispute Resolution

• Step Three: Resolution through the licensing authority.

11Account Closure & Suspension

Tbajee13 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the user's own request.
• Inactive accounts (12 months or more).

Prior to account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance, unless it is subject to forfeiture due to a terms violation.
